How should I care for my hair prior to installation?

We strongly suggest co-washing your prior to installing. We recommend using a moisturizing conditioner to wash the hair. Rinse the hair thoroughly with cold water. Then, let the hair air dry and install.

How should I install my hair?

We suggest using the over and out installation method. Please do not cut the wefts unless it is absolutely necessary. Use a good quality sealant, if you cut the wefts. Brush you hair out after install to remove any loose hairs.

 

 How do I care for my straight or body wave hair?

Shampoo your hair once a week with a good quality sulfate-free shampoo. Do not massage the hair as this will cause tangling. Rinse thoroughly and apply a moisture rich conditioner. Be sure to comb it through with a wide tooth comb, starting at the ends and working up to your scalp. Rinse thoroughly and let your hair air dry. You may apply an alcohol-free hair serum as needed. For bedtime, we suggest braiding your hair into one loose braid and wear a satin scarf or bonnet. When you wake up, undo the braid and comb with a wide tooth comb or paddle brush starting at the ends and working up to the roots.

How do I care for my loose wave, deep wave or curly hair?

Use a moisture rich conditioner and be sure to comb through starting at the ends working your way to the roots. Leave in for at least 15 minutes , do not massage the hair and rinse thoroughly. Be sure to scrunch the hair gently to enhance your curls. When damp, apply a dime size amount of any anti-frizz alcohol-free hair serum. For curly hair, a curl cream may be needed for a more tamed look. Let air dry and do not use any oil products or excessive products on curly hair, it will cause tangling and matting. Also, do not comb or brush hair while dry, it will cause hair to frizz and possible tangling. For bedtime, we recommend putting your hair into one big high ponytail, wrapped into a scarf or bonnet. When you wake up, undo your ponytail and spray your hair with a water bottle. Comb your hair section by section with a wide tooth comb starting at the ends working up to the top. Scrunch your hair gently, let it air dry and do not touch your hair while it's wet.

This will cause your hair to get big and frizzy

NOTE: We suggest co-washing only at least three times a week.

 

How long does shipping usually take?

Orders are processed and received within 3-7 business days. On average, customers receive their orders within 3-5 business days from the time the order is placed. You will receive a tracking number to check your delivery. Once shipped, international orders can take up to 10 business days for delivery. During huge sales it can take up to 10 business days (International orders 14 business days) depending on the volume of sales. Abellé Azur ships worldwide 5 days a week (Monday-Friday). Shipping is suspended on holidays and cannot be calculated as a business day.

Orders placed Friday-Sunday will not begin processing until Monday.
